Earth berm bracing

Bracing the block walls was necessary to prevent a cave-in from the pressure of all that fill dirt.  Once the floor trusses are in place, the walls will be able to handle the rest of the fill.

Cost:  $1100 in labor (bobcat and backhoe work) and another $2500 for 40 loads (xx yards) of fill dirt.
